You Are All Set

You are all set to escape the cycle of birth and death and attain the topmost perfection of spiritual existence, regaining your original transcendental form and identity in the transcendental pastimes of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord Sri Krishna, going on eternally in His stupendously amazing abode known as Goloka Vrindavan, if you will simply do these three things:

1. Take shelter of the bona fide spiritual master
2. Accept initiation from the bona fide spiritual master
3. Obey the instructions of the bona fide spiritual master

It is really just as simple as that. If you have full faith in this process, and you sincerely follow it in spite of whatever frailties you may have, your achieving the ultimate success is guaranteed. So why not go for it? You would be a fool not to.

All glories to Srila Prabhupada and his sincere followers

I am working in Mumbai and I have been enrolled since last 8 years.
There cannot be a better way to begin the day than by reading the thought of the day by His Grace Sankarshan Das Adhikari.

I have personally benefitted with this course in terms of spiritual nourishment on a daily basis to the uncontrolled mind and senses which was creating havoc in my life.

His Grace Sankarshan Das Adhikari is a very personal and genuine Spiritual Master, whose compassionate nature overlooks our shortcomings and brings out our true nature, that is how to love and serve God.

His thought for the day is surcharged with spiritual message and would recommend this course for all who are genuine seekers of Ultimate Truth, peace and happiness.

Question: Should We Be Afraid of Our Spiritual Master?

Dear Gurudeva,

Please accept my humble obeisances,
All glories to Srila Prabhupada, all glories to You and Guru Mata

I want to understand the relationships between Guru and disciple. Should we afraid Guru or not? I saw in myself that I bow down, show respect and etc., from fear, but not from love. How to show respect, offer obeisances and service not from fear to make offenses and get bad reactions, but from love. Or should we feel both, love and fear?

Thank You for yours causeless mercy, to be yours disciple

Yours insignificant servant,

Answer: We Should Reciprocate His Pure Love For Us

The disciple should not be afraid of his spiritual master. Rather he should understand how much the spiritual master loves him and reciprocate with the love of the spiritual master. In a letter to one of his disciples Srila Prabhupada describes the love of the spiritual master as follows:

"You have asked if it is true that the spiritual master remains in the material universe until all of His disciples are transferred to the spiritual sky. The answer is, "yes." This is the rule. Therefore, every student should be very much careful not to commit any offense which will be detrimental to this promotion to the spiritual kingdom, and thereby the spiritual master has to incarnate again to deliver him. "

Can you imagine a person who is willing to suffer birth after birth in this material world until you are delivered back to home, back to Godhead? This person is the bona fide spiritual master.

Sankarshan Das Adhikari
