Our Mission: Make the Whole World Happy
Srila Prabhupada told us in Los Angeles on 2 December 1968: "This is the only solution: to push on Krishna consciousness movement, love of Godhead. Everyone will be happy, the human society. Viśvaṁ pūrṇaṁ sukhāyate. Whole universe will be just like Vaikuntha. Vaikuntha means without anxieties."
And then he told us in Miami on 25 February 1975: "So this is our Krishna consciousness movement, to distribute perfect knowledge, Krishna consciousness, and that will make the whole world happy. So try to distribute this knowledge to your best capacity. Krishna will recognize you, that you are trying your best to work on His behalf because He comes down to distribute the knowledge."
The same point he made in Mayapur on 1 April 1975: "If you can propagate Krishna consciousness constantly, then, by spreading this Krishna consciousness movement, you can make the whole world Krishna conscious, and then it will be Vaikuntha."
And then he reconfirmed this on 25 February 1977 in Mayapur: "You can make the whole world happy. This instruction of Krishna in the Bhagavad-gītā, so perfect... It must be perfect because it is coming from Krishna. It is not the so-called scientist theory. No. Perfect instruction. And if we follow the instruction, if we practically utilize, then whole world... Viśvaṁ pūrṇaṁ sukhāyate."
Therefore, those who are strictly following Srila Prabhupada accept his mandate to make the whole world happy. Their lives are fully dedicated to this purpose.

As time is our most precious resource, how should we manage it? After finishing our daily routine of 16 rounds of japa chanting if one gets more time, should one give more importance to hearing or reading? In other words, is systematic study of scriptures more important than hearing some class? How to prioritize?

Hearing classes based on Srila Prabhupada's books and reading his books on your own are both very, very important because Srila Prabhupada said that we must attend classes and read all of his books. So after you complete your 16 rounds of daily japa you should as much as possible do both. In other words, attend classes as much as possible as well as gradually, systematically read all of Srila Prabhupada's books.
