What could be more ecstatic than diving deep into Hare Krishna kirtan. It is millions of times more enlivening than the topmost material pleasure, namely sex. Especially the Russian devotees really know how to dive deep into kirtan. Chanting Hare Krishna in their association is a truly super-enlivening life changing experience. This is the way it should always be in every town and village all over the word. Some day by the grace of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu it will be like that over the world. Question: How the Spiritual Master's Body is Spiritual?​​​​​​​

The body of the spiritual master is not ordinary body, but transcendental one. This has been said quite often in our teachings. But then how come such a body also has to undergo the usual pain and suffering through diseases and even accidents? I wonder. Please explain.

Answer: Like an Iron Rod in a Fire

One may question how the spiritual master's body can be transcendental  and still become ill. The answer is that although the spiritual master’s body is made of material elements, it is still spiritual because it is being absorbed 100% in the service of Lord. Just as an iron rod which is placed  into a fire becomes fire, the spiritual master’s body is spiritual because it is being engaged 100% in the service of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me.
