Entering into the Supreme Existence

There is another existence beyond this material dimension, a perfect place where life is eternal, full of knowledge, and full of bliss. That place is available to us at every moment. All we have to do to enter it is to properly attune our consciousness to it. The attuning process is known as transcendental meditation. And in this age the topmost system of transcendental meditation is the chanting of the Hare Krishna mahamantra: Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare / Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. If one will set aside some quality every day, especially in the early morning, to deeply absorb his consciousness in the Hare Krishna mantra, he will feel how how is steadily becoming more and more situated in that all-blissful supreme state of existence far, far beyond the miserable ocean of birth and death.

Answer: Only the Unenlightened Traditions Claim This

We share your feelings of gratitude for those great spiritual masters who throughout history have fully dedicated their lives to saving the suffering people of this world from their misery. How much we are indebted to these great teachers who have blazed a trail of light through this dark material existence!

While there are some unenlightened traditions who claim that their way is the only way, those traditions which are truly enlightened celebrate the universal nature of religion. The world religion comes from the Latin word, "religio", which means to re-link or to reconnect with the source of existence.

So in our Krishna consciousness teachings we acknowledge and appreciate the authenticity of any self-realization system which enables the practitioner to successfully reconnect himself or herself with that Supreme Person who is the fountainhead of all energies.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. But at least may it suffice for me to say for now that Gayatri taught me what it means to be a soft-hearted devotee of the Lord and she gave me my first cooking lesson, teaching me how to make cauliflower pakoras, and Amarendra taught me the art of how to preach strongly, intelligently, and coolly to defeat opposing arguments. Who is this Krishna?

Krishna is not a myth, nor is He an ordinary historical personality. He is the Supreme All-Attractive Personality of Godhead. He is the oldest of all while simultaneously maintaining the form of a 16 year old youth.
