Ecstatic Sastric Vision
The key to rising above the influence of the three modes of material nature is to develop sastric vision. In other words, you have to see everything through the eyes of the scriptures. In this way you will have perfect vision of everything. When someone has defective vision they get prescription corrective lenses so can they see everything clearly. As soon as they put on their glasses, they immediately see the world in a much clearer, more wonderful way. Similarly, one who develops sastric vision by regularly reading and following the Bhagavad-gita and other revealed scriptures lives in an ecstatic reality which remains unknown to those whose vision is still blurred by the desire for material sense gratification.

1. I believe in the saying "Do not accept a truth without questioning it." This is the principle I try to follow to avoid blind faith. To follow this principle first of all I start to question about a truth (i.e. truth as perceived by the general human beings), and when I get an answer I just add a "why and how" to the answer. This way I have found out that after some "whys" and "hows" science and technology in the material world cannot give me a satisfactory answer. In other words, if I proceed to know the reason of a reason of a reason of a reason, etc., then after a certain level science and technology fails to give a logical answer. Either they end up saying, "It just happens naturally." or "It is not known yet, but investigation is going on." Now my question is that if I apply this same process to the spiritual science as explained by the Vedic or any other religion will I get answer to all my "whys and hows"? In the Vedic scriptures it is said that God is the reason of all reasons. Now if I ask why and how God is the reason of all reasons, will I get an answer??
2. It is said that the only difference between animals and human beings is that animal cannot understand or do not know about God. But how can we be so sure about their understanding of God? For example, we do not understand the different communicating signals of the animals, but they do communicate with each other. So how can we be so sure that they are not communicating with God in some language or other way which we humans do not understand??

We can see practically that the animals are engrossed 24 hours daily in no other business than gratifying their material senses. If they were in communion with God, they would be demonstrating the same natural detachment from material sense gratification that we see in those who are God realized. But instead they are uncontrollably pulled by their senses.

Question: Why and How is Krishna the Supreme Cause?
Thanks a lot for all the responses that you have given to me till now. I have two more questions. They just wont stop from appearing in my mind!!!!1. Answer: For His Own Pleasure and By His Sweet Will
If we apply why and how to the spiritual science, we will ask, "Why and how is Krishna the cause of all causes (reason of all reasons)?" The reason that Krishna causes everything is for the expansion of His own personal pleasure. In other words being Krishna alone would not as enjoyable as being Krishna in the midst of a vast unlimited creation. And as to how Krishna manifests this amazing creation, He does so effortlessly like an elephant picking up a lotus flower with his trunk simply by willing it.We can see practically that the animals are engrossed 24 hours daily in no other business than gratifying their material senses. If they were in communion with God, they would be demonstrating the same natural detachment from material sense gratification that we see in those who are God realized. But instead they are uncontrollably pulled by their senses.
