Topics About Krishna Are Unlimitedly Nectarean

Everyone likes to talk about something. There are so many things to talk about here in this limited material world. So-and-so did this or said this, so-and-so did that or said that, etc., etc. But when we discuss these mundane topics we are just like croaking toads inviting the snake of death to come and eat us.

However, since the spiritual world is unlimited, when we choose to talk about Krishna there are unlimited wonderful things to discuss. Thus the topics of Krishna never become hackneyed, boring, or old. They are ever-fresh. This is why the devotees very much love to engage in talking about Krishna. In this regard Lord Krishna explains as follows in Bhagavad-gita 10.9:

mac-cittā mad-gata-prāṇā
bodhayantaḥ parasparam
kathayantaś ca māṁ nityaṁ
tuṣyanti ca ramanti ca

The thoughts of My pure devotees dwell in Me, their lives are fully devoted to My service, and they derive great satisfaction and bliss from always enlightening one another and conversing about Me.

What we discuss determines where we will end up after we leave our present material bodies. The choice is ours, what we want to talk about. So let us choose wisely. If there is no one to talk to we can always spend our entire lives reading the many volumes of books written by Srila Prabhupada and make our lives perfect.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
