We Must Now Distribute Srila Prabhupada's Books
20 February 2025
Srila Prabhupada's labor of love was to write his books. Even though he was going through so many difficult situations with his health and his living conditions he never failed to keep writing these books. He said, "Every morning, when I sit here to write my books, Krishna comes personally and dictates to me what to write. I simply take dictation from Krishna to write these books. Therefore, when I read them, even I learn something."His books are the greatest blessing upon the fallen souls of this age, They are now trapped in the cycle of birth and death in this most vicious age of Kali. Therefore we must make very endeavor to see that everyone on this planet has at least one of Srila Prabhupada's books. Even if they read even one word of these must powerful and sublime books their spiritual journey back to the spiritual world has begun.
An easy way to begin this most sublime service of distributing Srila Prabhupada's books is to always carry at least one of them with you wherever you go. If you do so Krishna will give you the opportunity to distribute it. Always make sure to get a donation in exchange for the book because after giving some money for the book they are sure to read something from it.
And be sure to send me a report about your book distribution results so that I can as much as possible share them with the other readers here on Thought for the Day to inspire to embrace this mission of distributing Srila Prabhupada's books.

Hare Krishna Srila Gurudev,Please accept my humble obeisances.
All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
All glories to you and Guru Maa.
I have a question from Nectar of Devotion, Chapter 15, where Srila Prabhupada states:
"Impersonalists and the enemies of the Lord are, because of attraction to God, allowed to enter into His kingdom, but they are not allowed to enter into the Vaikuṇṭha planets or the Goloka Vṛndāvana planet of the Supreme Lord. To enter the kingdom and to enter the king’s palace are not the same thing."
I am struggling to fully grasp this distinction. How should we understand that the kingdom of God and His residence (palace) are different? What is the position of those souls who have entered the Lord’s kingdom but not His palace?
Additionally, if they are not personally connected with the Lord, what do they do there? Do they have a form, or are they inactive in the Brahman effulgence? In the material world, souls engage in various activities, but in the spiritual realm—where there are no material concerns like taxes, education, etc.—what kind of existence do such souls have?
I would deeply appreciate your guidance on this. Please forgive me for all the offences that I made and will make.
Your Servant,
Aastha Kotecha

Answer
From: Sri Mayapur Dhama, IndiaMy Dear Aastha,
Please accept my blessings.
All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
It is something like flying to country but not having a visa to legally enter the country. You are physically in the country, but you can’t really enter the country to do anything there. After holding you in detention for some time the customs officials will put you back on the next plane to the place where you came from.
I hope this meets you in the best of health.
Your ever well-wisher,
Sankarshan Das Adhikari
