Satisfied With Gain That Comes Of Its Own Accord

Lord Sri Krishna wonderfully enlightens us in Bhagavad-gita 4.22 as follows:

"He who is satisfied with gain which comes of its own accord, who is free from duality and does not envy, who is steady in both success and failure, is never entangled, although performing actions."

So instead of being mad after and over-endeavoring for material arrangements the devotee peacefully accepts his material circumstances as the special mercy of Lord Sri Krishna and centers his life around the principle of spiritual advancement.

Question: Ego and Death of Ego?

Can you tell me about ego and death of ego?

Saulius

Answer: Ego Never Dies

Ego means identity, and you have an eternal identity as Krishna’s servant. Therefore your ego never dies. Your false ego is considering yourself to be the center of all existence. This false ego dies when you realize that you are not the center of all existence, that you are instead the servant of He who is the actual center of all existence, Lord Sri Krishna.
