Free From Pain in a World of Pain
This material world is a world of pain, and there is not much more to be said in this connection. Here we are afflicted by these three types of pain:
1. Pain of the mind and body
2. Pain caused by other living beings
3. Pain caused by natural disasters
At every moment we are being tortured by at least one of these pains. However, if we transfer our consciousness to the spiritual plane refusing to identity with our material bodies, these pains will no long torture us, even when they present. This is the great contribution of the Krishna consciousness movement to the human society. We are teaching everyone how to become free from pain in a world, which is full of pain. Our only pain is that they don't listen, and thus they continue unnecessarily suffering birth and after birth.

Question: Can I Forgive Myself for My Past Transgressions?
Can I forgive myself for my past transgressions?Asked in a lecture in Helsinki on 15 May 2017
Answer: Krishna is the Supreme Forgiver
The devotee always regrets his past sinful activities. Forgiveness for those sins comes from Krishna when we fully surrender to Him. It's not that we can simply forgive ourselves and be free from the karmic reactions. That freedom from reactions comes only when we fully surrender ourselves to the Supreme Forgiver, Lord Sri Krishna.Sankarshan Das Adhikari
