Someday the Whole World Will Join Our Movement
Even though Krishna amazingly blessed us with unlimited nectarean mercy on our departure from Pune, it was even more amazing how He blessed us with even more nectar upon our arrival in Riga. What can I say? Being in the Hare Krishna movement is like being in the spiritual world. One of these days people all over the world are going to wake and realize what they are missing by not being a part of the Hare Krishna movement, and they will join us in droves, by the thousands and millions.

Question: Why Do Devotees Wear Tilaka?
My colleagues ask me the significance of the tilaka on my forehead. How do I explain this?
Shailesh M.
Answer: For Three Kinds of Purification
The devotee decorates his body with tilaka, which is the sign of the Vaisnavas, for purification of his body and his consciousness. It is also for the purification of those who see him because simply by seeing that tilaka marking on the forehead of a Vaisnava people make spiritual progress by being reminded of Krishna.
