Transform Tribulations into Benedictions

In this material world we are being regularly bombarded by many varieties of tribulations. These multifarious tribulations can be sub-divided into three categories: those caused by the mind and body, those caused by other living beings, and those caused by natural disasters. But we do not have to continue being tortured by these tribulations when we can gain relief simply by purifying or transcendentalizing our vision. When one comes to plane of Krishna consciousness he sees the loving hand of Krishna at every step both in happiness and distress. He realizes that everything which he previously considered to be a tribulation is actually a special benediction from the Lord to help him re-establish his lost loving relationship with the Lord.

Question: Do Enlightened Souls See Krishna?

Dandvat pranam,

While doing Hare Krishna chanting on japa beads, I feel immersed in the name of Lord Krishna and become oblivious to my surroundings. However I feel incomplete that I am only chanting the name of Krishna but not seeing Him. My question as a very low level soul is, "Do enlightened souls see Krishna?" Can you please tell me your experience?

Answer: They See Krishna at Every Minute

Hearing with your ears is another form of seeing. And it is more important than seeing with your eyes. When you see the sun with your eyes it looks like a small disk that you can cover with your thumb. But when you see the sun with your ears by hearing from an authority you can know that it is much, much bigger than the earth.

Therefore by hearing the name Krishna you are already seeing Krishna. Simply you must go deeper and deeper now into meditating on the Hare Krishna mantra with love. The more you develop love for the holy names, the more you will see Krishna, like the enlightened souls who see Krishna at every minute.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee.
