Complete Freedom from Anxiety
Anxiety is caused by a false sense of proprietorship. Factually, nothing is mine because everything is the property of Krishna. If I try to claim proprietorship over the property of the Lord I must necessarily be in anxiety because this is an artificial, dishonest position. So the secret to complete freedom from anxiety is to see everything as the property of the Lord and engage everything in His service.

What is the meaning of that Krishna's name, His form, His body, His pastimes and He Himself are non different ?

"Anything about Krishna is non-different. Krishna and Krishna's name, it is the same. There is no difference. In the materialistic view, there is difference between the substance and the name. Just like water. If you are thirsty, simply if I chant, 'Water, water, water,' it will not quench your thirst. You require the substance, water. So similarly, a, a person's photograph or a statue is different from the person. If there is a photograph of a certain gentleman and if you want to do business with the photograph, it is not possible. You'll have to seek for the actual person. But in case of Krishna, it is not like that. Krishna, the person, and Krishna's name, Hare Krishna, the same thing. It is not that we are chanting 'Krishna, Krishna' and this Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, is different. No. Nāma rūpe kṛṣṇa avatāra. The name of Krishna and Krishna, the person, identical."
From Srila Prabhupada's wonderful explanation we can understand that meditating on any aspect of the Lord brings us into directly into contact with Krishna.

Answer: They All Connect Us With Krishna
Srila Prabhupada has very nicely answered your question when he was speaking on the Nectar of Devotion in Vrindavana, India on 18 October 1972 as follows:"Anything about Krishna is non-different.
