yudhyasva jetāsi raṇe sapatnān
"Simply fight, and you will vanquish your enemies in battle." So is very clear the Krishna knew that Arjuna would win. This is not at all difficult for Krishna because He is the perfect knower of past, present, and future.

Answer: Yes, He Knows Everything
In Chapter 11, Text 34 of the Bhagavad-gita Krishna clearly statesyudhyasva jetāsi raṇe sapatnān
"Simply fight, and you will vanquish your enemies in battle." So is very clear the Krishna knew that Arjuna would win. This is not at all difficult for Krishna because He is the perfect knower of past, present, and future.
