Can you imagine the compassion of an elderly Indian sannyasi to come to San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury neigbhorhood, the headquarters of the hippie movement, where LSD taking and free sex were popular pastimes, who hadr the sole purpose of blessing the hippies with holy names of Krishna? This was our most beloved Srila Prabhupada. Honestly speaking, his compassion is unimaginable.

and mix intimaterly te LSD "acid-heads" and free sex mongers.

in is the latest Mayavadi nonsense that I encountered from an email that was sent to me:

Separateness is an illusion.
Individuality is an illusion.
Belief in these illusions is the
ultimate source of all suffering.
Letting go of these illusions is
to experience freedom, fulfillment,
peace, ecstasy and flow.

Everyone must know how to defeat these bogus arguments. The Mayavadis push forward the argument that nothing exists except for undifferentiated oneness. The defeat is very simple. If nothing exists except for oneness it would be impossible for the so-called illusion of duality to exist. If Jon

Shore does not exist how can he post his nonsense garbage, so-called philosophy on the internet?

Jon, if you do not exist how are you able to post things on the internet? And how can the internet exist if everything is
non-differentiated oneness? Your philosophy does not
make any sense. It is defeated by simple common sense
logic.

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to you and Srila Prabhupada.

Dear Gurudev, in your lecture Your Grace mentioned we need to be detached from our material family attachments.

I have no attachment to my family but I feel strong attachment to my spiritual master, Your Grace and devotees. Is that also wrong, does that also need to be regulated?

Please guide me. Please forgive me for any offences against your Lotus feet.

We don’t realize how much we are still attached to our material family members. In spite of this attachment we have to learn how to become attached to Guru and Krishna. We are still deficient in this.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
