Chanting Hare Krishna is the Supreme Bliss
24 January 2025
There is nothing more ecstatic than chanting Hare Krishna. It exceeds all of the pleasures of the material world by millions and billions of times. Even the pleasures of the demigods in the heavenly planets cannot compete with the pleasure that is tasted by chanting the Hare Krishna mantra with love.Hare Krishna Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare
Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare
So if you want to be free from all anxiety, even the anxiety of dying, this Hare Krishna mantra is your best friend. Indeed, it is Krishna Himself bestowing unlimited mercy upon you.

All Glories to Your Grace
All Glories to Srimati Gurumataji
All Glories to Srila Prabhupada
I want to express to Your Grace about my recent experience of book distribution. Last week, representing my company, I had participated at a National Level Athletics tournament held at Bhubaneswar, India. Top employees across different companies were chosen for the annual event. I competed in 100 meter race, High Jump and Long Jump. By Your and Srimati Gurumataji's grace I won 3 Gold medals and the award for "Best Women Athlete of the Tournament".
Couple of days prior to the tournament, I visited ISKCON Bhubaneswar temple for darshan and bought a few copies of Bhagawad Gita for distribution. But, true to myself, I was very skeptical towards distributing books to my colleagues in tournament. I had insecurities and thus I was hesitant. Nevertheless, reminding myself of Your Grace's words of wisdom, I embarked to distribute Bhagavad Gita in the stadium to few of my colleagues. And by Your Grace, I could distribute 5 Bhagavad Gita. I continued reminding myself of your grace's statement- "SOME WILL, SOME WON'T, SO WHAT, NEXT".
Thereafter, few young volunteer athletes of the tournament approached me asking for Bhagavad Gita. I got to know that they were from tribal communities and belonged to extremely poor families. They were a total of 45 students. Initially I thought of gifting them Bhagavad Gita on my own expenses. Then I thought of asking my colleagues if they would like to sponsor for such noble cause. Unexpectedtedly I received sponsorship for 26 Bhagavad Gita. On the last day of the tournament I collected 50 Bhagawad Gitas from the local temple and distributed to each of them along with their coaches. I always feel whenever I am distributing books and trying to speak about Krishna to someone, it's actually Your Grace who is giving me the power, the words, the memory, the energy, the enthusiasm
There is a constant fear whenever I participate in large tournaments; thinking that I must not fail in these opportunities for preaching or book distribution and I must not fail the expectation of my spiritual parents and Lord Krishna. There is a constant motivation and push I feel by your grace and Gurumataji's example:- If my parents are travelling the world, preaching the worlds at this age, I must not be sitting in comfort at home.
I would like to humbly express that I never compromised in eating only prasadam wherever I stay or go. I carry a double decker electric cooker with me and prepare Bhoga and offer to Lord first always. Also I always put tilak going to office, in tournaments and everywhere I travel by your mercy. I always carry some small books with me to distribute. I always try to prepare some dry prashadam to distribute.
From the victories in tournament I received 240 grams of silver medals which would cost approx Rs. 25000/- and as a cash prize I receved Rs. 30,000/- , both of which I am donating for our Shri Vrindavan Ashram project.
My overall experience was surreal and overwhelming :- How Krishna gives abundance of opportunities even to the most fallen person ! I felt my victory was not the 3 golds I won by Krishna's causeless mercy, but the real victory was in distributing Bhagavad Gita to my colleagues and especially to the rural students.
This could have never been possible if I were not accepted by Your Grace as a daughter and the upbringing that your grace and Gurumata Ji is giving me constantly I am eternally grateful to your grace and Gurumata Ji for giving me the personal association, instructions in Sri Dham Vrindavan. For allowing me to travel with your grace which are the true Jewels of my life. And I am always very proud to have both of your grace as my spiritual parents.
I humbly beg Your Grace to bless me so that I can rise above my insecurities and false ego to sincerely practice Krishna conciousness and preach, distribute as many books as possible and contribute in your grace's mission to make the whole world Krishna Conciousness
Please accept the meagre service of this most undeserving fallen being at your lotus feet\

From: Austin, Texas, USAMy Dear Pradhana Gopika,
Please accept my blessings.
All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
Congratulations! It's very nice that you have won the award for being the best woman athlete of the tournament. If devotees have leading positions in the material society they can use this prestige for preaching work as you have so nicely done, just like George Harrison of the Beatles has done. I am very happy that you have distributed so many copies of Srila Prabhupada's Bhagavad-Gita As Is. You have done the greatest welfare work for saving the suffering souls who are caught up in the cycle of birth and death. Srila Prabhupada and all of the previous acharyas are showering their mercy upon you.
I hope this meets you in the best of health.
Your ever well-wisher,
Sankarshan Das Adhikari
