National Consciousness or Krishna Consciousness

In the 21 June 2017 edition of the South China Morning Post states as follows:

"Hong Kong's incoming leader has vowed to pay close attention to independence advocacy in the city and counter it with strict law enforcement as well as stepped up national education to nurture a sense of 'I am Chinese' identity among youth from as early as kindergarten."

Just see the fallacy of the modern day world leaders. Instead of educating the youth that they are the eternal spirit-soul servants of Krishna they inculcate in the youth the false sense of national consciousness, which is the cause of all the wars that have ravaged the human society throughout history. Leaders should be creating peace, but instead they are creating wars.

Something should be done about this nonsense. From now on the policy should be that unless someone is Krishna conscious they should not be allowed to take any kind of leadership position anywhere throughout the human society.

Question: How Can an Eternal Being Be Created?

In Bhagavad-gita verse 2.12 it is mentioned by Lord that both He and the living beings are eternally existing in the past, present, and future. But many devotees question how the soul can be created when it is existing eternally. They cite many scriptural references confirming that the Lord does in fact create the living beings. So how do we explain that we are both created and eternally existing. It seems quite contradictory.

Answer: We Are Krishna's Eternal Emanations or Creations

One may indeed wonder that how can we be created if we are eternal because this seems contradictory. The simple answer is that we are the eternal emanations or creations of the Supreme Lord. He factually is creating us or emanating us at every minute by His desire to have loving reciprocations with us. He has been doing this for all eternity and He will continue doing this for all of eternity.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
