What to Do When a Robot Takes Your Job?

Recently one of my disciples just lost his job because of AI, artificial intelligence. In this connection my Godbrother, Gargamuni Prabhu, has written:

I saw this in a German newspaper. A robot that looks like a lady enters an office and tells an employee, “Sir, you have been replaced. I can do the work of ten people and so you are no longer needed.” The employee said, “Where will I go? What will I do?” The robot said, “That’s up to you. There is no more need for you here.”

So what to do in a world where artificial intelligence and robots are gradually taking over everything? The simple answer is self-sufficent farming. My disciples, Nitai Candra and Gaura Candra are already doing this in Bulgaria. They are totally off the grid. They have their own water, their own electricity, their own milk, and their own food. And most importantly of all they have Krishna. Who could want anything more?

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
