Does Everything Come from Nothing?

Our atheist friends want us to believe that everything has come from nothing, that there is no God. But when we ask them to show us even one thing that has come from nothing they are baffled. All around us we see that things have come from something, that came from something, that came from something, etc. If we trace this chain of cause and effect back to the original cause that did not have a cause we have found God, the cause of all causes.

At this point our atheist friends may propose an infinite chain of causality with no God. But what they fail to understand due to their clouded brains is that there still has to be a causeless cause to spark off a chain reaction.

Krishna confirms His position in the Bhagavad-gita, Chapter 10, Verse 8:

ahaṁ sarvasya prabhavo
mattaḥ sarvaṁ pravartate

I am the source of all spiritual and material worlds. Everything emanates from Me.

So let us not be misled by the concocted arguments of the fools and rascals.

We are building the world’s best hospitals. But because they are suffering from mental disease they do not understand.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me.
