We Are Trying for the Impossible

Is it possible to make the whole world Krishna conscious? Of course not. That would surely be a ridiculous utopian dream. We have enough difficulty even to make ourselves Krishna conscious, so what to speak of making this whole material world Krishna conscious. But yet we find this amazing quote from Srila Prabhupada in his purport to Sri Caitanya Caritamrita, Madhya Lila, Chapter 8, Text 246:

In the Itihāsa-samuccaya, Nārada tells Puṇḍarīka:

janmāntara-sahasreṣu yasya syād buddhir īdṛśī
dāso ’haṁ vāsudevasya sarvāl lokān samuddharet

” After many, many births, when a person realizes that he is the eternal servant of Vāsudeva, he can deliver all the worlds.”

Plus, here is the translation of this same verse from Prabhupada's early writngs In Search of the Ultimate Goal of Life:

"A person who considers himself the eternal servant of the Personality of Godhead Vasudeva (a conception that is achieved after thousands and thousands of births) can deliver all the fallen souls in material existence."

So really all we to have to do to attain this seemingly impossible goal of making the whole world Krishna conscious is to fully realize that we are the eternal servants of Krishna. Thus, let us endeavor stringently to come to this perfection of consciousness as soon as possible. This will the topmost benefit for us and for the entire world.

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to You and Srila Prabhupada.

Prabhu, sometimes it happens so, that my faith flickers due to the Fear that the Sastra could've been manipulated over the years, either during Oral Tradition or after Vyasadev divided that infallible knowledge and wrote it. I accept that the Knowledge is infallbile however if I could be 100% sure that it has been free from human activities, my Faith would've been stronger.

Please destroy this doubt and help me cultivate Kṛṣṇa Consciousness and make this life perfect.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
