Is Srila Prabhupada the Last Guru in Our Disciplic Succession?

ISKCON has critics who say that only Srila Prabhupada can be a guru in ISKCON and that nobody else can. They are saying that everyone who gets initiated in ISKCON is a direct disciple of Srila Prabhupada. I wonder how they think that Srila Prabhupada chooses the names of the new disciples. I also wonder what they would say when I show them the letter in which Srila Prabhupada told me that I could become jagad-guru, the spiritual master of the entire universe. Here is a wonderful authoritative video that was approved by ISKCON's governing body commission (GBC) which completely defeats this bogus theory:

Dear Gurudev, Dandwat pranaam

When I saw the Thought for the the Day about the no more nice guy, I knew this was the major disqualification in me.

But due to my present situation in my family, sometimes it becomes such a situation that I am not able to follow your instruction.Even though beforehand, I always repeat it in my mind - No more Nice Guy, No more Nice Guy..... Still Mayadevi creates such a scene where I am unable to follow your instruction.

One of the reason for this is because if I try to be not fearful of executing devotional service before my parents, seeing this they might never become a Krishna conscious devotee or ever be inspired to be so.

I don't know what to do ? Thus I require you instruction.

Please forgive me for any disturbance caused at your Lotus feet

PLUS- As you told, to tell you if whether after my july exams, I would be able to ask and get you divine memoir from my parents. It’s okay. Keep a peaceful relationship with your family members, but be detached within your heart. Relatives are relative.You have had so family relationships for so many millions of lives. They have kept
you entangled in the cycle of birth and death. Your real family is Krishna, guru, and vaisnavas. This family relationship will liberate you from the cycle of repeated births and deaths. By connecting with your real family you will be a great blessing for your material mother and father. It is connection Srila Prabhupada has written,

"Prahlāda Mahārāja accepted whatever the Lord had offered him, and he prayed for the Lord to deliver his father. In response to this prayer, the Lord assured him that in the family of such a pure devotee as he, not only the devotee's father but his forefathers for twenty-one generations are liberated. "

There is no harm begging them to allow you to get my memoir. You can tell them that it will inspire you to become more enthusiastic to please them. The worst thing that can happen is they will say “no “. And there is always a chance that they will say “yes.” So why not try? There is no loss.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
