There is Unlimited Nectar in Krishna's Name

Here is the most wonderful verse written by Śrīla Rūpa Gosvāmī in his seven-act play the Vidagdha-mādhava:

tuṇḍe tāṇḍavinī ratiṁ vitanute tuṇḍāvalī-labdhaye
karṇa-kroḍa-kaḍambinī ghaṭayate karṇārbudebhyaḥ spṛhām
cetaḥ-prāṅgaṇa-saṅginī vijayate sarvendriyāṇāṁ kṛtiṁ
no jāne janitā kiyadbhir amṛtaiḥ kṛṣṇeti varṇa-dvayī

”I do not know how much nectar the two syllables ’Kṛṣ-ṇa’ have produced. When the holy name of Kṛṣṇa is chanted, it appears to dance within the mouth. We then desire many, many mouths. When that name enters the holes of the ears, we desire many millions of ears. And when the holy name dances in the courtyard of the heart, it conquers the activities of the mind, and therefore all the senses become inert.”

Just see what ecstasy we can experience when we master the art of chanting the Hare Krishna mantra without any offense.

Question: Who is Normal?

Dear Sir,

To enter God's kingdom one has to be enlightened. What exactly is the difference between an enlightened and a normal person? If I meet an enlightened one I will not be able to tell the difference, then why is it that only an enlightened one can enter God's kingdom. What problem will there be if a normal person enters his kingdom?

The enlightened person is he or she who has fully surrendered to Krishna under the guidance of the bonafide spiritual master. Such persons are normal. Those who have not surrendered to Krishna would not be happy in the spiritual world and thus do not go there. These type of people are abnormal.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me.
