Don't Cheat Yourself

You are an eternal spiritual being qualitatively one with Lord Sri Krishna, the source of all existence. Since Krishna is eternal, full of bliss, and bliss this means that you are also eternal, full of. bliss, and knowledge. Thus if you misidentify yourself with your material body, which is temporary, full of ignorance, and misery, you are grossly cheating yourself. There is no reason to do that. By molding your life according the teachings of the Bhagavad-gita you will be able to relish the sweetest happiness in all times, places, and circumstances. And upon leaving your present body you will not take birth again in this place of suffering. You will not take birth again here in this material world. You will regain your original, all blissful identity in the ulitmately ecstatic paravyoma, the spirituial sky.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
