How One Becomes a Spiritual Master
One cannot become a spiritual master by one's whims. One can become a spiritual master only on the order of his spiritual master. So what are Srila Prabhupada's orders in this regard?
In this connection Srila Prabhupada stated in New York on 29 July 1966, "I am old man. If you, some of you at least understand this science and take up this science, you become future hope of the, this country or the world. That is my request to you, that you should take this chance and become a spiritual master for all the people."
And he stated in Hamburg, Germany on 5 September 1969, "Every one of you should be spiritual master next."
On 28 May 1977 some of ISKCON's leaders, members of the GBC (Governing Body Commission) inquired from Srila Prabhupada regarding the initiation of new disciples after his departure from this world. They asked Srila Prabhupada's whose disciples the new initiates would be. Srila Prabhupada that they would the disciples of the person who initiated them and that they would be Srila Prabhupada's grand disciples.
Then in Vrindavan, India on 18 October 1977 just 27 days before his departure on 14 November 1977 Srila Prabhupada instructed. "This initiation. I have deputed the, my disciples."
Some envious persons have been making the false propaganda that only Srila Prabhupada can be an initiating spiritual master. But this is not what Srila Prabhupada taught us. We take our instructions from Srila Prabhupada, not the envious rascals.

By chanting Hare Krishna you will give up all of your foolish material wishes that are nothing but a source of misery, and you will be blessed with the fulfillment of your soul's innermost desire, to return to your original home in the spiritual world.
You should chant at least 16 rounds of Hare Krishna japa mala daily and strictly avoid illicit sex, intoxication, meat eating, and gambling.
