Here's How to Easily Achieve Mental Stability
In our modern day material society everyone experiences mental instability to varying degrees, some more, some less. But no one has perfect mental stability. In this connection it should be well noted (as Srila Prabhupada explains in his book "The Teachings of Lord Caitanya") that perfect stability of mind can easily be achieved by one who has concluded that the Supreme Personality of Godhead is the original source of everything. With this knowledge alone one can make perfect sense out of everything that is happening to him and to the world around him. Such a Krishna consciousness person will a brilliant light illuminating the darkness of this material world by his or her divine presence.

If we have free time the mind usually asks me a question, "Now what to think?" And after that question negative thoughts arise in my mind such as jealousy, other's faults, competition, and hatred. Is there any method to transform my thinking so that my mind remains absorbed in the lotus free of Lord Sri Krishna?
