When we see everything through the eyes of scripture we can understand that there is never any reason to be in any sort of anxiety because the loving mercy of the Supreme Lord, Sri Krishna, is always being unlimitedly bestowed upon each and every one of us at every minute. Everything that happens to us at every second is for our benefit to help us return to our original loving relationship with our most beloved Lord Sri Krishna as soon as possible. Thus the only reason we ever feel anxiety is due to ignorance. This is why the preachers of the Krishna consciousness movement want to enlighten everyone with transcendental knowledge as soon as possible.

We, the living beings, are the emanated energy of Lord Krishna. He is emanating us from Himself for the purpose of having a sweet, intimate loving relationship with each of us. We are simply wasting our life hurrying here and hurrying there for material sense enjoyment because, since we are spiritual beings by nature, no amount of material enjoyment will ever make us happy. The only thing that will make us happy is to revive our original loving relationships with Krishna. That is the purpose of the Krishna consciousness movement, to train everyone how to come to their original, natural consciousness of loving Krishna, their Krishna consciousness.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
