Give Up Your Nonsense and Become a Saint

We are being implored by the great acharyas to give up our nonsense and become the great saints that we actually are. Why should we continue to punish ourselves by continuing to cling tightly to the illusion of material enjoyment? It just does not make any sense. It's time we stop futilely trying to be what we are not, this material body, and start being who we actually are, pure devotees of the Lord. To make this transition we must take shelter of the bona fide spiritual master through the process known as initiation and obedience.

Answer: Your First Duty: Take Bath and Chant 16 Rounds

If due to occupational duties you are required to go to bed late at night, you may take sufficient rest (6 or 7 hours of sleep) and then immediately upon arising take your bath and chant 16 rounds of japa before you do anything else.
