Difficulties Are Your Best Friend
In this world of dualities difficulties are something that we regularly experience. Sometimes the difficulties are mild. Sometimes they are very heavy. And sometimes they are in between. Those who are on the progressive path of self-realization know the art of how to utilize these difficulties to strengthen their happiness. In other words, they are not psychologically overwhelmed by these difficulties because they see the merciful, loving hand of Lord Sri Krishna acting in all circumstances, both difficult and not difficult, guiding them back to home, back to Godhead.

Question: Advanced Technology: A Curse or a Blessing?
Advanced Technology: Is it a curse or a blessing? Are scientists making fools out of the people? Or are they making fools out of themselves? Are they doing something valuable for the human society, or are they simply wasting their time?Dev
Answer: Depending on How It Is Utilized
Modern advanced technology is in itself neither good nor bad. The determining factor for its merit or demerit is how it is utilized. It if is used in the service of Krishna, it is very valuable and wonderful. But if it is used for sense gratification, it does nothing but entangle the people even further in the cycle of repeated birth and death. Unfortunately the modern day scientists are deluded fools and rascals who are promoting a dogmatic, completely unscientific view of reality which denies that we are even persons. They are fools and anyone who accepts their world view that we are nothing but robots is even a bigger fool. If they use their technological expertise for discovering the actual source of our existence their science will be of the greatest value for the human civilization. Otherwise they are simply wasting their time with so much useless hard labor in their laboratories.Sankarshan Das Adhikari
