Bestowing Deathlessness in Mauritius

On 8 December 2013 in Phoenix, Mauritius Srila Prabhupada blessed me with the opportunity to bestow deathlessness upon two sincere souls by formally initiating them as my disciples: Sridama Das and Acyutananda Das. Srila Prabhupada explains that deathlessness begins from the day when one accepts initiation. By surrendering oneself unto the bona fide spiritual master one revives his original deathless identity as the eternal servant of Krishna. As long as one sticks to his initiation vows of chanting at least 16 rounds a day of the Hare Krishna mahamantra on japa beads along with the strict avoidance of illicit sex, meat eating, intoxication, and gambling, his deathlessness will remain.

Question: Why Do You Say Brahma and Shiva Are Demigods?

Why so you consider Lord Shiva and Lord Brahma to be demigods when actually Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva are all the Supreme One?

Anju

Answer: That is the Conclusion of the Vedic Scriptures

You have stated that Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva are the Supreme. But that is not the conclusion of the Vedic scriptures. It is confirmed by Lord Brahma in the Brahma samhita that Vishnu is the supreme origin of everything, that Brahma is His separated expansion, and that Shiva is His transformation for the work of destruction. Therefore according to the authority of Lord Brahma, Vishnu is God and Brahma and Shiva are demigods. They are not God.

Plus your idea is also against the principle of logic. Just as there can only be one supreme court, there can only be one supreme person. There cannot be three supreme persons. If there are three supreme persons, there is no supreme person. Therefore the philosophy that there are many persons who are the Supreme is a form of atheism. If there are many Supremes, there is no Supreme because the Supreme means one without a second.
