Kindly Deliver and Empower Us

Srila Prabhupada, you have instructed your disciples to become gurus and deliver the entire world. But how can we deliver the world when we cannot even deliver ourselves? It is only by your mercy, Srila Prabhupada, that we can become delivered. Similarly it is only by your mercy that in spite of our innumerable disqualifications we might be able to do something for delivering the suffering souls of this world. Therefore, since you have ordered us that we must deliver the entire world, the only thing we can do now is to bow down at your lotus feet and beg you with all the humility at our command that you kindly bless us that we can be delivered and that we can be 100% successful in carrying out your order to deliver the entire world. Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakur said that our movement will be successful when the high court judges all wear tilaka. So we are praying for that day, Srila Prabhupada, begging your mercy that such a wonderful, mellifluous day will come as soon as possible.

Question: Why Soul Is Described as Marginal?

I read that the soul is spiritual and therefore belongs to the spiritual world with Krishna. Please explain why then the soul is described as being from marginal energy and not spiritual energy.

Answer: He Sometimes Chooses the Material Energy

You have read correctly that the soul is spiritual and thus belongs in the spiritual world with Lord Sri Krishna. Therefore the soul is spiritual energy.

However, since love is voluntary, it cannot be forced, there has to be a ffree choice for the souls in the spiritual world whether they want to remain there or come to the material world to try to enjoy
separately from God. Since they have this free choice and sometimes misuse it, they are also referred to as marginal energy.

So in conclusion, the soul is designated both as spiritual energy and as marginal energy.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
