A Subscriber Who Dropped Out

Recently we were very sad to lose one of our subscribers when he dropped out of our course. He stated his reason for leaving as follows:

"I have gained all knowledge and don't want anymore."

What he does not realize is that those who are full in knowledge become so much in love with God that all they want to do is hear and chant about Him twenty-hours a day without any cessation. There is so much to know about God that one can never know it all. The more one knows about God, the more he is hungry to know more about God. One who doesn't to know any more about God does not know God.

I replied to this gentleman as follows:

"Thank you very much for trying our course and honestly revealing why you are leaving. I beg to inform you that if you had actually gained all knowledge that you would want to go on expanding your knowledge unlimitedly to ever more deeply engage yourself in hearing, chanting, and remembering the unlimited glories of the all powerful, all beautiful, all renounced, all knowing, all wealthy, and all famous Supreme Personality of Godhead."

Answers According to the Vedic Version:

Challenge: Your Free Will Teaching Is Nonsense.

Who have given us free will? What is free will? This nonsense concept is incorporated from Islam where Allah almighty gives free will. If God has given us free will, then we are manufactured by some one. But we are in a divine form equivalent to God as proven by a deep study of the Gita wherein Krishna states that both He and the living beings are unborn and eternal.

Answer: Disagreeing Is a Symptom of Your Free Will

You are right that both the Lord and the living beings are unborn and eternal as confirmed in the Bhagavad-gita. But what you have failed to note in your study of the Gita is that Krishna is the source of everything. Everything emanates from Him. This means that the living beings are eternally emanating from Him. They are eternally dependent on Him for their existence.

Regarding the free will issue, your not accepting that we have free will is a manifestation of your free will. You have thus automatically defeated yourself. Free will means you have the choice to agree or not agree. Your decision to not agree is proof that you have free will.
