We Should Not Cheat Ourselves

We are eternal spiritual beings, qualitatively one with Lord Sri Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, the source of all existence. But unfortunately since time immemorial we have been cheating ourselves by misidentifying ourselves with one miserable material body after another miserable material body after another miserable material body in our foolish attempt to try enjoy separately from Krishna. So it is time we stop being so foolish and get back to being who we actually are, the eternal servants of Krishna. The simple way to revive our original all blissful identites is to chant the Hare Krishna mantra every day, take Krishna prasadam, and engage reguarly in the loving devotional service of our beloved Lord Sri Krishna.

Otherwise we will foolishly remained trapped here in the cycle of birth and death. This would be like the son of multi-billionaire living as a beggar on the street when he could instead be the inheritor of his father's billions and billions of dollars.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
