Question: Perfect Philsophy?

Dear Gurudeva,

1.What is the difference between dvaita philosophy and advaita philosophy? Which is considered to be the most perfect form of philosophy that anyone can follow and will ultimately lead the person to get liberated from Maya?

2.Although it is true that Hari Naam will liberate a soul, I just don't have any taste for Hari Naam. My mind always wonders when will the round of chanting end. I don't feel any difference. Why does this happen? Is there any way I can change my attitude? Is there any other alternative to chanting?

Advaita philosophy says that everything is one, and dvaita philosophy says that everything is two.

We teach the perfect philosophy to get free from this material existence. Our philosophy is acintya-bhedabheda tattva, that the Absolute Truth is simultaneously, inconceivably one and two, one and different. It is simultaneously dvaita and advaita. So our philosophy combines the above two philosophies into one.

We are simultaneously one with God and different from God, just like the sunshine is simultaneously the sun and not the sun. When the sun rays enter your room you say that the sun has come. But it is not the sun planet.

In the same way, we the livings are one with God because we are His expanded energy. But at the same time we are different from God because He is the Expander and we are the expanded.

There is no substitute for chanting. Chanting is the process for self realization in our current age which lasts for another 427,000 years.

Even mechanically chanting the Holy Names of God will give you great benefit. But if you will chant with an attitude of gratitude remembering that God Himself has come to bless you with His association, you will awaken the dormant taste for the Holy Names that is currently sleeping within your heart.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
