Beware of Bogus Gurus

This material world is full of bogus gurus who twist the Vedic teachings around their attachments. They say, "I'm God, you're God, and we're all God." and attract. many, many followers from the fools and rascals who want to be cheated. The bona fide spiritual master presents himself as the servant of God and teaches his disciples how to be servants of God. The bona fide spiritual teaches us how to attain the spiritual world at the time of death. The bogus guru stays in the cycle of birth and death and keeps his disciples in the cycle of birth and death. So my dear readers, do you want a bona fide guru or a bogus guru?

Answer: He Presents Bhagavad-gita As It Is 

He must present Bhagavad-gita as it is without any mundane interpretation. Bhagavad-gita teaches that the perfection of existence is full surrender unto Lord Sri Krishna. So the bona fide spiritual master teaches his disciple how to fully surrender to Lord Sri Krishna. If the spiritual master teaches something else, he is bogus. He is not a bona fide spiritual master. Avoid the bogus charlatans and take complete shelter of the bona fide spiritual master. Under his guidance you will be qualified to enter into the spiritual world at the time of your passing out of your present material body.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. He is the oldest of all while simultaneously maintaining the form of a 16 year old youth.
