You Owe It to Yourself

You owe it to yourself to awaken your actual identity, which is eternal, full of knowledge, and full of bliss. In other words, why waste time with great endeavor futilely trying to be what you are not, namely that material body you are currently wearing, when you can just naturally be who you really are, the eternal spirit-soul within? This simply a matter of common sense. Why suffer when you can enjoy unlimitedly? The difficulty is that we have been robbed of common sense because we live in a culture of ignorance in which we are programmed into thinking ourselves to be these rotting, stinking bodies when in fact they are nothing more than garments that we are temporarily wearing.

Question: How Will I Unlock My Factual Identity?

How will I unlock my factual identity? Please guide me..

Koma Ibrahim

Answer: Be Now Blessed

From: Sri Vrindavan Dhama

My Dear Koma,

Please accept my blessings.
All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

Your actual identity is that you are the eternal servant of Krishna. You have forgotten this actual identify due to misidentification with one material body after another material body after another material body since time immemorial. The simple formula for awakening your actual identity is to take up the process of hearing and chanting about and serving Lord Sri Krishna under the guidance of the bona fide spiritual master. Simply by acting and thinking in this way as a regulated practice
you will gradually rewaken your natural propensity to offer your every thought, word, and deed in the service of Lord Sri Krishna. And having done so you will be reawakened to your original, natural state of pure love of God, which will qualify you to enter in the spiritual world at the time of the death of your present material body, never to take birth again this hellish material existence.

I hope this meets you in the best of health and in an ecstatic mood.

Your ever well-wisher,

Sankarshan Das Adhikari
