Swimming in an Ocean of Bliss at Brahmanda Ghat

If you want to swim in an ocean of divine bliss at every moment, all you have to do is dive deeply into the chanting of the Hare Krishna mantra both in group singing, which is called kirtan, and in private meditation on prayer beads, which is called japa. Engage in kirtan and japa as much as you possibly can whenever you can. This will elevate your consciousness completely beyond this material existence.

To relish even more the sweet ecstasy of Hare Krishna kirtan, on 12 November 2015 we sang kirtan at Brahmanda Ghat, the place on the bank of the River Yamuna where Mother Yasoda looked into Krishna's mouth to see the dirt that He was falsely accused of having eaten. Instead of seeing any dirt, she saw the entire universe, which is called brahmanda in Sanskrit, within Krishna's mouth. Therefore this holy place is called Brahmanda Ghat

Natural disasters are the karmic result of the cumulative sins of millions of non-devotees. The method for curbing down natural disasters is to make the entire world Krishna conscious. Therefore, this our mission. We want to completely Krishnize this entire planet as soon as possible. This is only way to create a heavenly atmosphere on this planet. Otherwise without Krishna consciousness this planet is going to become an ever-increasingly more hellish nightmare.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. But at least may it suffice for me to say for now that Gayatri taught me what it means to be a soft-hearted devotee of the Lord and she gave me my first cooking lesson, teaching me how to make cauliflower pakoras, and Amarendra taught me the art of how to preach strongly, intelligently, and coolly to defeat opposing arguments.
