Is Abortion Moral?

Those who are in favor of abortion say that they are not killing a human being, that they are simply removing a fetus. What they do not understand is that there is a human being present in the mother's womb from the very moment of conception when the male injects the living being in his semen into her womb where it then develops a body. So when they remove a fetus they are actually murdering a human being. Because they are too much addicted to illicit sex they refuse to accept the fact that abortion is murder. The karmic reaction they will receive for such a sinful act is that they will be aborted in their next life before they take birth from the womb of their mother. For each abortion that they commit they will be aborted in a future lifetime.

Question: Krishna's Childhood Pastimes in the Spiritual Sky?

I want to know that whether Krishna's pastimes are continuing at this time in the spiritual world e.g. lifting of Govardhan and other sweet pastimes with cowherd boys and gopis, or whether we cannot see pastimes of earlier age of Krishna.

Answer: Childhood Pastimes Exhibited in Material World

Srila Prabhupada explains as follows in his purport to Srimad Bhagavatam, Third Canto, Chapter 2, Text 7:

As the sun appears in the morning and gradually rises to the meridian and then again sets in one hemisphere while simultaneously rising in the other, so Lord Krishna's disappearance in one universe and the beginning of His different pastimes in another take place simultaneously. As soon as one pastime is finished here, it is manifested in another universe. And thus His nitya-lila, or eternal pastimes, are going on without ending. As the sunrise takes place once in twenty-four hours, similarly the pastimes of Lord Krishna take place in a universe once in a daytime of Brahma, the account of which is given in the Bhagavad-gita as 4,300,000,000 solar years. But wherever the Lord is present, all His different pastimes as described in the revealed scriptures take place at regular intervals.

Regarding the childhood pastimes of Krishna Srila Prabhupada explains in a letter to Ekayani devi dasi dated 31 August 1971 as follows:

In the spiritual sky there is no birth, so where is the question of baby? Krishna is there eternally as Kisora, a 16 year old youth. His childhood pastimes are exhibited in the material universes.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee.
