Don't Throw Your Life Away
There is one goal and one goal only you should have for your life, that is to become a pure devotee of Krishna. In the grand scheme of things nothing else has any genuine significance. Even if you were by the execution of great penances and austerities to attain the post of Lord Brahma, the topmost demigod in this universe, this would be only temporary, and then you would be dragged down by laws of nature to become a worm in stool once again. Therefore don't waste your time foolishly playing around in misery. Get out of this material existence while you have a golden opportunity in this human form of life. Regain your original identity beyond all the sufferings of this material existence by fully surrendering yourself at the lotus feet of guru and Krishna.

Sriman Sankarshan Adhikari Prabhu's Ultimate Self Realization Course is an ultimate gift for all. Often materialists like me try to run away from the Lord's mercy by giving the most common excuse: I have no time.
Via this course Sankarshan Prabhu has extended his mercy to fallen souls, that now we can keep our connection with Krishna active (with the help of his Thought for the Day and his answers to questions).
It's very common for fallen souls like me or even neophyte devotees to get confused at any step in life. From the knowledge that I have, Sankarshan Prabhu has spent more than 40 years in serving Krishna and serving Prabhupada's mission in the association of devotees.
Getting answers from such a great devotee on the basis of sastras is of immense importance and thanks to him for making it available so easily. It is a matter of fortune for fallen souls like me to connect with Srila Prabhupada's direct disciple so easily.
I again and again thank him for giving his association through the course, and I request everyone to join this course.
The fallen servant,
Navin Sharma
In the Bhagavad-gita I read that only those who eat sattvic foods are eligible to go back to home, back to Godhead. But I do not know where such foods are available in my city. I also do not know the names of the sattvic foods. Please suggest.
Thanks,
Hariharan

Question: What Foods Should I Eat?
Dear Sir,In the Bhagavad-gita I read that only those who eat sattvic foods are eligible to go back to home, back to Godhead. But I do not know where such foods are available in my city. I also do not know the names of the sattvic foods. Please suggest.

Answer: Only Eat Krishna Prasadam
You should simply take fruits, grains, vegetables, and dairy products that have been offered to Lord Sri Krishna with love and devotee. You must strictly avoid meat, fish, eggs, onions, and garlic. By eating only foods which have been offered to Krishna you will become purified. You will be more healthy, more intelligent, more compassionate, and more happy. Such food is called Krishna prasadam, the mercy of Krishna, because when you offer such foods to Krishna they become transformed from matter into spirit. And when you eat them you consciousness will also be transformed from material into spiritual. So from now on for the rest of your life, don't put any food into your mouth unless it is Krishna prasadam.Sankarshan Das Adhikari
