En Route to Sridham Mayapur

Today we heading out via London to the most holy abode, Sridham Mayapur, located in West Bengal on the bank of the sacred Ganges river. Because this is the place where Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu appeared 500 years ago it is imbued with great spiritual potency. Anyone who spends even a few minutes in Mayapur is unlimitedly blessed for all of eternity by the divine influence of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, who is personally present in Sridham Mayapur to this very day, even though He is not physically manifest.

Answer: The Most Perfect Language, Sanskrit

Srila Prabhupada has very nicely answered your question as follows in a letter to Madhusudana Das written in Los Angeles on 1 February 1968:

“Yes, Sanskrit is spoken not only on Krishna Loka but also in higher planets, of the demigods. It is called the language of God and the demigods. It was spoken also on this planet, when people were all godly, they used to speak in Sanskrit. Sanskrit is the origin of all languages of the civilized peoples. It is most perfect, not only descriptive; the word 'Sanskrit'' means 'the most perfect'. Because not a single word you can pronounce without having a bona fide principle. It is not like the English language, 'but, put' with irrational difference in pronunciation, no principles. Sanskrit isn't like that. Therefore it is perfect. It isn't whimsical. English poetry has one line one inch long, next line 600 inches long. Sanskrit is not like that. There are strict principles, and it is so beautiful. Therefore in Sanskrit language not an ordinary man can become a poet. No other language of the world can be compared with it. No other language of the world is so perfect as Sanskrit. Any language near to Sanskrit language (like Bengali) is nearer to perfection. Sanskrit is pronounced same way here or there, it is standard.”

It's really amazing that we can quote the Supreme Lord speaking in exactly in the same language that He speaks.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
