There's No Reason to Ever Be in Anxiety
On 20 June 2012 I was the guest speaker at Melbourne, Australia's Urban Yoga Center. I was asked to speak on the secret wisdom of the Bhagavad-gita. It was wonderful opportunity to give my audience the information they need on how to become free from anxiety for all of eternity. There is truly no reason for anyone anywhere in the universe to be in anxiety, even for one minute. It is due to ignorance only that people are suffering like anything.

For understanding your spiritual identity, soberly observe how your body is constantly changing at every moment with the old blood corpuscles dying off and new blood corpuscles always taking their place, while at the same time the self within the body who can observe these constant bodily changes remains the same. Such intelligent analysis will give you a clear understanding that you are not your body.

Answer: Concentrate, Increase, and Analyze
Try to feel the presence of Krishna when you chant your rounds, and increase your rounds to at least 16 rounds per day to give you sufficient spiritual strength to always remain absorbed in Krishna consciousness 24 hours a day.For understanding your spiritual identity, soberly observe how your body is constantly changing at every moment with the old blood corpuscles dying off and new blood corpuscles always taking their place, while at the same time the self within the body who can observe these constant bodily changes remains the same.
