Question: Should I Distrust Other Faiths?
Gurudeva, does being Krishna conscious mean that I should distrust all other faiths?Abilasha
Answer: Krishna Consciousness is Not a Faith
Krishna consciousness is not another faith or another sect of religion. One's faith may change at any time from one religious sect to another. But the original nature of the soul, to be a lover of God, is inseparable from the living being in any condition. This original, unchangeable nature of the living being is called Krishna consciousness. Since Krishna consciousness is not a faith, there is no question of distrusting other faiths. Krishna consciousness is the pure essence of religion free from the sectarianization of religion imposed by greedy, materialistically minded men.Sankarshan Das Adhikari
