You are not your temporary, aging material body. And how old are you? Your age is infinity. And even though you are unlimitedly old, you are not a withered old senior citizen. You are instead an eternal youth qualitatively one with the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord Sri Krishna. As He is eternal, full of knowledge, and full of bliss, you are also eternal, full of knowledge, and full of bliss.

Question: How to Avoid Lusty Thoughts?

What to do when lusty desires pop up in my mind? My mind becomes very agitated when lusty desires come, I cannot control it finally I end up seeing bad videos. Thus I am doomed and I become frustrated and angry with myself. What is the root cause of my condition? I don't want to see bad videos, but I cannot control my mind and finally end up seeing them and becoming more and more polluted.

Please help me to how can I free myself from lusty desires.

Regarding sex pleasure Srila Prabhupada explains as follows in his purport to Srimad Bhagavatam, Canto Seven, Chapter 9, Text 45:

"In reference to the low-grade happiness of sex life, Yāmunācārya says in this connection:

yad-avadhi mama cetaḥ kṛṣṇa-pādāravinde
nava-nava-rasa-dhāmany udyataṁ rantum āsīt
tad-avadhi bata nārī-saṅgame smaryamāne
bhavati mukha-vikāraḥ suṣṭhu niṣṭhīvanaṁ ca

'Since I have been engaged in the transcendental loving service of Kṛṣṇa, realizing ever-new pleasure in Him, whenever I think of sex pleasure, I spit at the thought, and my lips curl with distaste.'

Yāmunācārya had formerly been a great king who enjoyed sexual happiness in various ways, but since he later engaged himself in
the service of the Lord, he enjoyed spiritual bliss and hated to think of sex life. If sexual thoughts came to him, he would spit with disgust."

So you have to be a good spitter.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. But at least may it suffice for me to say for now that Gayatri taught me what it means to be a soft-hearted devotee of the Lord and she gave me my first cooking lesson, teaching me how to make cauliflower pakoras, and Amarendra taught me the art of how to preach strongly, intelligently, and coolly to defeat opposing arguments. Who is this Krishna?
