Do Not Cheat Yourself
Do not cheat yourself by misidentification with your material body, which is subject to the fourfold miseries of birth, death, old age, and disease. Instead reward yourself by identifying with your actual self, which is eternal, full of knowledge, and full of bliss and which is constitutionally the eternal servant of Krishna or God.

I have a doubt that in this material world everyone has their goals especially in career. Likewise I also have a goal that I want to build a successful business. Whenever I think about my goal it makes me seem like a materialistic person. Everyone has some occupation in the world and they do what they like to do. I also want to serve Krishna, but this seems difficult when I think about career and earning money.
So what should I do? In this kind of situation how can I serve Lord Krishna while earning a livelihood?

My Dear Ishika,
Please accept my blessings.
All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
Since everyone requires a means of livelihood, you can desire for making a successful business as long as this remains subordinate to your ultimate desire of becoming Krishna's devotee and thus qualifying yourself to go back to Home back to Godhead. Simply you can follow Krishna's instructions in Bhagavad-gita, Chapter 9, Text 27 to engage the results of your career in His loving service:
yat karoṣi yad aśnāsi
yaj juhoṣi dadāsi yat
yat tapasyasi kaunteya
tat kuruṣva mad-arpaṇam
"Whatever you do, whatever you eat, whatever you offer or give away, and whatever austerities you perform—do that, O son of Kuntī, as an offering to Me."
Even with the most successful career your body will some day be finished. Therefore the most important thing is to qualify yourself for entering the spiritual world after leaving your present material body at the time of death. Otherwise you will continue taking birth after birth in this miserable material existence.
I hope this meets you in the best of health.
