When One is Krishna Conscious He Spits at the Thought of Sex
One who tastes the nectar of Krishna consciousness finds so much pleasure in remembering His most beloved Lord that if the thought of having sex happens to come to his mind he will immediately become disgusted. In this connection Śrī Yāmunācārya, a great saint and devotee, has said:
yad-avadhi mama cetaḥ kṛṣṇa-pādāravinde
nava-nava-rasa-dhāmany udyataṁ rantum āsīt
tad-avadhi bata nārī-saṅgame smaryamāne
bhavati mukha-vikāraḥ suṣṭhu niṣṭhīvanaṁ ca
"Since my mind has been engaged in the service of the lotus feet of Lord Kṛṣṇa, and I have been enjoying an ever new transcendental humor, whenever I think of sex life with a woman, my face at once turns from it, and I spit at the thought."
So we must learn from his sterling example and become good spitters like him.

Out of the four regulative principles illicit sex is the most difficult one that I am trying to follow. I may externally follow it. But internally how can I do so? Especially masturbation is my problem. I believe in you, Prabhu. Please keep this confidential and don't reveal my identity to any one.

this regard:
"It is understood herewith that the faculty to discharge semen is the cause of death. Therefore, yogis and transcendentalists who want to live for greater spans of life voluntarily restrain themselves from discharging semen. The more one can restrain the discharge of semen, the more one can be aloof from the problem of death. There are many yogis living up to three hundred or seven hundred years by this process, and in the Bhagavatam it is clearly stated that discharging semen is the cause of horrible death. The more one is addicted to sexual enjoyment, the more susceptible he is to a quick death."
(Purport to Srimad Bhagavatam 3.26.57)
To avoid quick death give up this nasty habit which robs you of your duration of life.
