Question: How to Give Up Cartoon Addiction?

Hare Krishna, Srila Guru Maharaja and Gurumata.
Please aspect my humble obeisances.

I am Poonam, and I am 9 years old. My mother and I are doing bhakti, but my father is not. I am addicted to cartoons and am still watching secretly. How to overcome this? And also I chant 4 rounds of Hare Krishna japa mala every day. Can I take shelter you as my spiritual master?

Yes, you can take shelter of me. This is accomplished by strictly following
my instructions. Do not waste your time watching cartoons. Whatever
time you have spent watching cartoons you must now use that time to read
the pastimes of Lord Krishna in the Krishna Book.

Fix yourself nicely in chanting Hare Krishna and only eating Krishna prasadam, and in the future I will initiate you as my disciple.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
