How to Always Be Blissful
Lord Sri Krishna very nicely explains in the Bhagavad-gita, Chapter 2, Text 14:
mātrā-sparśās tu kaunteya
śītoṣṇa-sukha-duḥkha-dāḥ
āgamāpāyino 'nityās
tāṁs titikṣasva bhārata
"O son of Kuntī, the nonpermanent appearance of happiness and distress, and their disappearance in due course, are like the appearance and disappearance of winter and summer seasons. They arise from sense perception, O scion of Bharata, and one must learn to tolerate them without being disturbed."
The way to easily do this is to see everything that happens to you (the good, the bad, the beautiful, and the ugly) as the loving mercy of Krishna to help you become step by step closer and closer to Him until finally you regain His transcendental association in Goloka Vrindavan.

Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare
Chant it right now. You will be deep sea diving in an ocean of unlimited bliss.
