Since time immemorial we have traveled in this world
From one birth to the next as our fate has unfurled.
Wherever we’ve traversed this vast cosmic sea
We’ve been dragged through the cycle of birth death old age and disease.

The wheel of some samsara keeps spinning around.
It’s taking us up and again bringing us down.
And if our true happiness we ever shall see
From this wheel of Samsara we must get ourselves free.

Of the millions of species through which we rotate
Human life’s the one chance to open the gate
To the realm of eternity knowledge and bliss.
Let me tell you, dear listerners, there’s nothing sweeter than this.

Some say beyond Samsara there is a state of void,
But our personal existence there’s no need to avoid.
In that state of supreme nirvana one does not cease to be
Rather he serves the All-Attractive Supreme Person in Boundless Ecstasy

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
