One Switch that Will Turn On the Whole World

Srila Prabhupada writes as follows in his preface to his book, The Nectar of Devotion:

"When we pour water on the root, the energy thus created is immediately distributed throughout the entirety of even the largest tree. It is not possible to water the tree part by part, nor is it possible to feed the different parts of the body separately. The Nectar of Devotion will teach us how to turn the one switch that will immediately brighten everything, everywhere. One who does not know this method is missing the point of life."

From these wonderful, supremely enlightening words of Srila Prabhupada we can understand how he has blessed us with the one switch that will turn on the whole world. So now all we have to do is flip the switch. What are we waiting for? Let's do it right now!

Answer: Stepping Stone to Success

Yes. Failure is the pillar of success. Those who take failures as stepping stones to success emerge in due course of time as world leaders. An example of this Thomas Edison. As an inventor, Edison made 1,000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the light bulb. When a reporter asked, "How did it feel to fail 1,000 times?" Edison replied, "I didn't fail 1,000 times. The light bulb was an invention with 1,000 steps."

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
