The all-merciful Supreme Personality of Godhead Lord Sri Krishna is always behind the scene as the ultimate orchestrator of everything, either directly or indirectly through His deputed agents. So the key is to always see everything in relation to Krishna and always try to do your best to please Him in every situation. In this way you are sure to come out victoriously in your endeavor to get free from the clutches of the Lord's illusory energy and return to your original, all-blissful identity in that most sublime Spiritual Sky.

Question: What Higher Position Job Should I Seek?

Thanks for sending these beautiful messages. I really want to progress in devotional service. I do four rounds of Hare Krishna chanting every day. I have been follower of ISKCON for many years. I am right now doing a clerical job, but as a B.Tech graduate i want to do a job of higher position,
and I not able to decide for which particular job that I should prepare. So kindly advise me regarding this.

The most important thing is that come to the proper standard of chanting at
least 16 rounds of japa mala daily along the strict avoidance of illicit sex,
meat eating, intoxication, and gambling.

When you reach this standard Krishna will facilitate your getting whatever position of employment that will best facilitate your spiritual life. So now you kindly come to the proper standard.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. But at least may it suffice for me to say for now that Gayatri taught me what it means to be a soft-hearted devotee of the Lord and she gave me my first cooking lesson, teaching me how to make cauliflower pakoras, and Amarendra taught me the art of how to preach strongly, intelligently, and coolly to defeat opposing arguments.
