In this material world everyone is running after lusty pleasures thinking them to be the greatest enjoyment of life. The real fact is that all of these lusty dealings are simply making people and more miserable and turning this planet into more and more of a hell. Instead of being lusty to enjoy sex life Krishna's devotee transforms his lust into love by his intense desire to make the whole world Krishna conscious as soon as possible. Why make one woman pregnant when you can make the whole pregnant by planting the seed of love of God with their hearts, enlightening everyone in the science of Krishna consciousness? This is the greater sex life.

Question: How Evil Could Come Back?

In the Bhagagad-gita 4.7, Lord Krishna says, “Whenever and wherever there is a decline in religious practice, O descendant of Bharata, and a predominant rise of irreligion -- at that time I descend Myself." If that was so, and if He had indeed wiped all the evils off of the Earth, how is it that the Kali yuga, an era of the greatest evil, was able to manifest after Lord Sri Krishna went back to the spiritual world? How am I to understand this?

Lord Krishna wiped out all evil when He was present on this planet 5,000 years ago and arranged that the entire planet earth was under the rule of a pure devotee king. Our planet was indeed a paradise in those days. But in order to display an even more amazing pastime He allowed the normal changes of the ages to take place. He allowed the winter age, the most materialistic age of Kali, to manifest so that He could appear again in His most merciful form of Lord Caitanya 500 years ago. When Lord Krishna appeared 5,000 years ago the program was to kill all of the demons. But in this age of Kali everyone is a demon. Therefore instead of killing the demons in this age Lord Sri Krishna takes on the form of His own devotee, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. He appears to annihilate the demoniac mentality in the hearts of all men by the Sankirtan Movement, the congregational chanting of the holy names of the Lord: Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare / Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. This Sankirtan Movement is now spreading like wildfire all over the world. Soon it will engulf the entire human society putting an end to all the evil in this world. Thus Lord Sri Krishna’s words will come true once in an even more amazing way.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
