A Pure Chanter Can Deliver the Whole World

A devotee who purely chants the Hare Krishna mantra without offense attracts the whole world to Krishna consciousness. This is explained as follows by Srila Prabhupada in his purport to Sri Caitanya Caritamrita Adi Lila, Chapter 7, Verse 83 as follows:

"A sincere student aurally receives the holy name from the spiritual master, and after being initiated he follows the regulative principles given by the spiritual master. When the holy name is properly served in this way, automatically the spiritual nature of the holy name spreads; in other words, the devotee becomes qualified in offenselessly chanting the holy name. When one is completely fit to chant the holy name in this way, he is eligible to make disciples all over the world, and he actually becomes jagad-guru. Then the entire world, under his influence, begins to chant the holy names of the Hare Krishna maha-mantra."

Therefore not only for own deliverance should we purely chant Hare Krishna. We should also purely chant Hare Krishna so that the entire world can be delivered. What could be more ecstatic that this?

Lord Krishna states in the Adi Purana that one who is His disciple is not His disciple, that only the one who is the disciple of His disciple is actually His disciple. So you should find a person who is purely serving Lord Sri Krishna with his every thought, word, and deed in all times, places, and circumstances and become his disciple. This will make you the true disciple of Lord Sri Krishna.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. Krishna is not a myth, nor is He an ordinary historical personality. He is the Supreme All-Attractive Personality of Godhead. He is the oldest of all while simultaneously maintaining the form of a 16 year old youth.
